Regra de Valida\u00e7\u00e3o da Sefaz<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quando<\/span> for emitida uma CT-e com CNPJ<\/span> do<\/span> recebedor inv\u00e1lido<\/span>, ser\u00e1 retornado<\/span> a rejei\u00e7\u00e3o ” 436 – CNPJ<\/span> do<\/span> recebedor <\/span>inv\u00e1lido<\/span><\/span>“.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Os erros podem estar associado<\/span>s ao tamanho do<\/span> CNPJ<\/span>, que sempre possuir\u00e1 14 caracteres num\u00e9ricos, posicionamento errado<\/span> de alguns n\u00fameros ou o d\u00edgito verificado<\/span>r.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exemplo<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Foi emitida um CT<\/span>–<\/span>e cujo Recebedor possui o <\/span>CNPJ<\/span> “07385111000102”, o sistema ERP, ao gerar o <\/span>do<\/span>cumento suprimiu o d\u00edgito “0” (zero) \u00e0 esquerda, e na Sefaz a CNPJ<\/span> <\/span>do<\/span> Recebedor <\/span>chegou com o valor “73851110001020<\/span>“, inv\u00e1li<\/span>do<\/span>. Nessa situa\u00e7\u00e3o, a CT<\/span>–<\/span>e ser\u00e1 rejeitada pelo motivo 436.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como resolver?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Deve-se verificar o CNPJ<\/span> informado<\/span> para o Recebedor;  Se o CNPJ<\/span> iniciar com o n\u00famero 0 (zero) e for observado<\/span> que este foi suprimido<\/span>, deve-se entrar em contato com o suporte do<\/span> ERP para verificar o problema.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Corrigido<\/span> o CNPJ do<\/span> Recebedor, basta reenviar a NF–<\/span>e a partir do<\/span> seu<\/span> Software Emissor<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
