{"id":784,"date":"2024-09-19T12:12:30","date_gmt":"2024-09-19T15:12:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bc.novooobj.xyz\/em-quais-situacoes-o-dfe-client-pode-acionar-a-contingencia-offline-automaticamente\/"},"modified":"2024-09-19T12:12:30","modified_gmt":"2024-09-19T15:12:30","slug":"sobre-contingencia-offline-automatica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/oobj.com.br\/bc\/sobre-contingencia-offline-automatica\/","title":{"rendered":"Em quais situa\u00e7\u00f5es o DF-e Client pode acionar a conting\u00eancia Offline automaticamente?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff; font-size: large;\">Problema<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Em quais situa\u00e7\u00f5es o DFe Client pode acionar a conting\u00eancia Offline automaticamente?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: large; color: #3366ff;\">Quando ser\u00e1 acionado a Conting\u00eancia Autom\u00e1tica Offline?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O acionamento autom\u00e1tico de Conting\u00eancia Offline para NFC-e no DFe Client, ocorrer\u00e1 em duas situa\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>1 &#8211; Quando houver\u00a0falha de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o com a internet:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se, por qualquer motivo, o DFe Client n\u00e3o puder se comunicar com a internet, consequentemente, n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 conectar-se ao nosso Datacenter, e se estiver configurado o Acionamento Autom\u00e1tico de Conting\u00eancia Offline para NFC-e, a Conting\u00eancia Offline ser\u00e1 ativada e todos os documentos que j\u00e1 estiverem em processamento ou forem enviados para processamento, ser\u00e3o emitidos em Conting\u00eancia Offline, permitindo assim, a impress\u00e3o imediata do Cupom.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oobj.com.br\/bc\/assets\/Articles\/530\/Caso1FalhaDeComunicInternet.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"100\" align=\"\" \/><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Posteriormente, quando o problema de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o com a internet for resolvido, esses documentos ser\u00e3o transmitidos automaticamente para a Sefaz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Veja no artigo abaixo, como configurar a Conting\u00eancia Autom\u00e1tica para NFC-e:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/oobj.com.br\/bc\/article\/como-ativar-conting%c3%aancia-no-dfe-client-432.html\">Como ativar Conting\u00eancia no DFe Client?<\/a><\/li>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2 &#8211; Quando\u00a0houver falha de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o com a Sefaz:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se, no momento de transmiss\u00e3o da NFC-e \u00e0 Sefaz, houver falha na comunica\u00e7\u00e3o durante 15 segundos, ser\u00e1 enviado ao Oobj DFe Client o retorno,\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: &#039;Open Sans&#039;, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #ffffff; float: none; display: inline !important;\">&#8220;109 &#8211; Servi\u00e7o paralisado&#8221;, que far\u00e1 o DFe Client acionar a Conting\u00eancia Offline, se estiver configurado o Acionamento Autom\u00e1tico de Conting\u00eancia.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oobj.com.br\/bc\/assets\/Articles\/530\/Caso2FalhaDeComunicSefaz-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"131\" align=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>3 &#8211; Quando a Sefaz retornar o motivo de falha &#8220;109 &#8211; Servi\u00e7o paralisado&#8221;:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se conseguirmos transmitir a NFC-e a Sefaz, e ela retornar o motivo de falha <span style=\"font-family: &#039;Open Sans&#039;, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #ffffff; float: none; display: inline !important;\">&#8220;109 &#8211; Servi\u00e7o paralisado&#8221;.
